Barry Sigrist – Director

Barry has been providing therapy to film and productions since 2012 having graduated from Hertfordshire University’s Sports Therapy program in 2008. He brings with him vast experience in the film sector as well as professional football where he worked with the first teams at Watford FC and West Ham United and is currently a Consultant working in Formula One and other classes of motor sports.

Having also completed a BSc (Hons) Sports Science from St Mary’s University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Sports and Remedial Massage from NLSSM, where he became a tutor. He completed an MSc Sports and Exercise Rehabilitation 2013 and has therefore gain a broad range of knowledge on injury, rehabilitation and performance.

As well as his roles in Premier League and Championship football, Barry has worked in International sport working with Fiji RFU, Australia Womens RFU team during the 2010 World Cup and most recently with Jamaica FA. In Formula One, Barry was the Performance Coach for Haas Formula One Team and most recently Performance Coach to a Young Red Bull driver in Japanese Superformula.

In private practice Barry can be found at BFitter Clinic, where he directs a Sports Injury and Performance Clinic and was previously a Consultant Rehabilitation Specialist at The Centre for Health and Human Performance at 76 Harley Street and the prestigious BXR London gym.

Barry has earned strong reviews in Tatler magazine for his services as well as giving specialist opinion for The Times, The Guardian and Mens Health Magazine on a number of elite sports issues.
