Increasing the lever length of the Short Lever Copenhagen Bridge will significantly increase the work the adductors will need to do. It also introduces a demand for you to create stiffness in the inside (medial) aspect of the knee joint. Do not be in a rush not get to this exercise as it is often reached far too quickly which can create issues.
