Discover your Sleep Quality

If you are looking to assess your sleep quality then the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality index (PSQI) is a widely validated tool used in the clinical assessment of sleep that can be relatively easy for you to apply to yourself.

It refers to your usual sleep habits over the past month and can show differences between your weekday and weekend sleep patterns, highlighting ways for you to improve your sleep quality through habit/routine change and therefore gaining more of the many benefits of better quality sleep.

Here is the 4 page PSQI, have a careful read through. There is also a pdf version on this page that you can download.
