The high plank kick back is a globally difficult exercise which tests a number of characteristics of your physicality. The high position loads the arms and shoulders, being in plank tests the abdominals and quadriceps of the thighs, and then added to those you are going to push one of your heels towards the ceiling. This exercise has a high activity of your gluteus maximus due to kick back action as well as the maintenance of your pelvic position.
