Side Plank Split Stance with rotation

To add a movement task on top of the Side Plank Split Stance can increase the workload dramatically. Keeping the feet stable but rotating the torso which is being driven by the hand (hand leads the movement) will make the muscles at your side work hard through range whilst resisting gravity from pulling your pelvis to the floor.
