T-Raise hold

The T-Raise hold is the first exercise in the T-raise continuum which is a variation on the reverse fly that requires far less load and technical refinement to get the most out of the exercise. Following the simple cues will help you unload your arms and put the work where you want it, which is across your posterior deltoids, mid trapezius and the thoracic extensors.
